Workshop on Venakey Body Mind Exercises

Event description: To teach and practice the methods of Venakey, that are a mixture of breathing techniques, physical exercises, and mediation, to the participants. These methods result a higher level of mental abilities such as concentration, calmness of mind, and happiness as well as a healthier body in a better shape.

After this event, participants will be able to use these methods in their daily life and enjoy a better life. The event is free and participants will be granted the certificate.
